Experience, Skills and Responsibility

• Advanced capabilities as a software developer, with minimum 5+ years experience using PHP, JavaScript (Angular JS / Angular 2)
• Experience in responsive design and hybrid mobile apps using (NativeScript / ReactJS / Titanium) a big plus
• A willingness to mentor developers

Customer Service/ Call Center Representative：

Responsibilities:

• Making phone calls for our customers
• handling inbound calls and solving inquiries in relation to Hujiao services
• Translating emails from Chinese to English for our customers

Experience and Skills

• A very professional manner and a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Minimum 12 months experience working within the customer service space, preferably within a call center
• Background in internation trading, finance, psychology or IT is most preferable.
• Speaking English as a native language or a major working language
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory
